It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Chambers (Marlton, New Jersey), who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Helen Stasiewicz. She is survived by: her parent Richard Stasiewicz; her husband Thomas; her daughter Kelly Heismeyer; her son-in-law Fred Heismeyer; her grandson Freddie Heismeyer; her brother Richard Stasiewicz; and her pet Murphy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to the American Diabetes Association (http://www.diabetes.org).
