He was predeceased by: his pet Bogger; his parents, Andrew Kruczak and Mary Kruczak (Nakonechny); and his sister Patty Kruczak. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Kruczak; his pets, Whiskey and Rocks; and his sister Catherine Zoeller.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
