He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his son Kevin Rowley. He is survived by: his children, Russ Clancy (Michelle), Brad Clancy (Katherine Ann), Robert Rowley (Dawn) and Chris Clancy (Rachael); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Mason, Jackson, Michael, Richard, Thomas, Logan, Owen and Colton.

They are major contributors toward food distribution for those impacted by Covid-19, in the Southern New Jersey region.
