He was predeceased by: his child Justin; and his parent Alfred. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Jurgelewicz (Keith), Alexandra and Jessica; his grandchild Nicholas; his parent Marie; and his siblings, Dan Kelokates (Maureen), Laura Pfafman (Ken), Maria Kelokates (Jean), Carol Conover (Rob) and Betsy Wilno. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Alfred's memory to Kingsway Learning Center, 244 N. Rt. 38, Moorestown, NJ 08057.
