He is survived by: his parents, Betsy Gulick, and David H. Gulick, Sr.; his brother Brian Gulick; and his aunts and uncles, John, Rose Robosky, Man Wilson, Margie, Doc Hons, Linda, Ronnie Grossmith, Donna Miller, Helen Horton, Shirley Benninger and Carl Gulick. He is also survived by many loving cousins, friends.
