He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Dugan and Marjorie Dugan Sr. (Vurgason); and his sister Cathy Carver-Goldman (Noah). He is survived by: his wife Janet Dugan (Jan); his sons, Tommy, Dean and Brian; his nephews, James Jr. (Laura) and Ryan Dugan (Julie); his sister Marj Dugan; and his niece Jorie Dugan.
