He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Parlin (Mike) and Florence Parlin. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Handler Parlin; his wife Sandra; his children, Michel Sacks (Scot) of Margate, NJ and Sally Jo Carter (Christopher) of Margate, NJ; his grandchildren, Henry Sacks, Max Carter and Kate Carter; and his brother Dr. Daniel Parlin.
Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be private.
