It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda L. Merlino of Margate City, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Linda departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Linda leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Blackburn Bliss and Ethel May Moody Bliss. She is survived by: her friend Leslie Sims; her son Jamie Sims; and her friend Jack McElwee. She is also survived by her friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
