She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Meehan and Mary Ellen Meehan; her husband James B. Nicholson; her son James P. Nicholson; and her siblings, Regina Meehan, Thomas Meehan (Leo), Joseph Meehan, Mary Wadsworth, Paul Meehan, Jack Meehan, Jean Quirk and Elaine Dodds.
She is survived by: her daughter Rose Sample (David); her grandchildren, David Sample (Becca Walter), Shea Sample (Jonathan Mahoney), Ryan Nicholson and Patrick Nicholson; her great grandchildren, Lane and Magnolia Sample; and her daughter-in-law Peg Nicholson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Givnish Funeral Home (600 E Main St, Maple Shade, NJ 08052). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (236 E Main St, Maple Shade, NJ 08052). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery (127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210).
