He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ann Marie Witt (Jeffery), Lori Russo (Peter) and Emanuel, Jr. (Donna); his stepchildren, David Oropallo (Jessica) and Patricia Oropallo-Muhlbaier (Wayne); and his siblings, Annie McNally (Bill), Josephine Reid and Thomas Tocco. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
