It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Klimowich of Manville, New Jersey, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Ann Klimowich; his siblings, Mary Monahan, Ann Tobias, Olga Gorbatuk, Sophie Sofrinko, Lovy Rembelias and Michael Klimowich; and his grandchildren, Dylan Buffi and Katherine Buffi.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine M. Klimowich; his children, Debra Buffi, NJ, Gail Buffi (Jay), Karen Chant (John) of Deland, FL and Andrew Klimowich (Janet) of Carpenteria, CA; his grandchildren, Tara Bookbinder, Michael Buffi, Rachel Catalano, Keith Drabic, Elizabeth Klimowich and Hope Klimowich; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Carter, Addison, Anthony, Brendan, Sid, Masyn, Brooke, Layia Lei, Isabella, Skyla and Astra.
Viewing was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM at the Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home (205 S Main St, Manville, NJ 08835). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Christ the Redeemer Parish (98 S 2nd Ave, Manville, NJ 08835). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (1066 Millstone River Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844).
