She was predeceased by: her parent Salvatore Bellomo; her husband Albert Ulicny; and her brothers, Angelo Bellomo and Salvatore Bellomo. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Bellomo; her children, Elizabeth Willard of Lebanon, NJ and Albert of Lebanon, NJ; her grandchildren, Robert Willard and Stacey Willard; and her great grandchild Ashlee Nicole Willard.
