Jaczuk (Manville, New Jersey), born in Somerville, New Jersey, who passed away on May 4, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tadusz Jaczuk and Jennie Jaczuk; his brother Theodore Jaczuk; and his niece Emily Tomredle. He is survived by: his children, Jenny Tinnel (Scott) of Kunkletown, PA., Michael Stanley Jaczuk (Brittany) of Manville, NJ and Robert Slaby (Janice) of Flemington, NJ; his sister Christine Tomredle (Bill) of Allentown, PA.; and his grandchildren, Julia, Jadon, Haley, Michael Jr., Mackenzie, Miaya, Logan and Madden.
