He is survived by: his significant other Carmela Ann Franzoso; his son Samuel Jr. of Manville; his sister Irene Mekolichick (Joe) of Lititz, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Carmella Mateo Umbriac of Hazleton, PA and Ange Cameron Davis Umbriac of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and godchildren.
