He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Mary Klementovich, Sr. (Kaczka); and his wife Rosalie. He is survived by: his grandson Nick IV; his children, Marie Klementowicz and Nicholas Klementowicz III (Beverly Ann); his grandson Nicholas Klementowicz IV; and his brothers, Robert (Barbara Klementovich) and Richard (Dolores Klementovich).
