She was predeceased by: her parents, Onufer Holodinski and Katherine Holodinski (Krawiec); and her husband John (Jack). She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Koch; her granddaughter Karen Ann Koch; her siblings, Julia Tafton, John Holodynsky, Sr. and Michael Holodinski; and her son John, Jr. of Piscataway.
