She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Petrik and Terezia Petrik; and her husband Michal Petrik. She is survived by: her children, Magda Kuriscak (Vasil) of Lavallette, NJ and Gabriel Petrik (Catherine) of Toms River, NJ.; her grandchildren, John Kuriscak (Kindle), Michal Kuriscak (Diane), Christine Wood (Shawn) and Theresa Petrik; and her great grandchildren, Marcus, Hanna, Avery, Emma, Matthew, Olivia and Nicholas.
Everyone must wear a face mask and practice 6 feet social distancing. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you are feeling sick you are asked to stay home for the protection of the family and those attending the visitation, funeral and burial.
