He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Matisak and Irene Matisak (Petro); and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Natasha of Bedminster and Justin of Washington; his close friend Titan; and his siblings, Rick (Kathy) of Washington and Sharon Monto (Bob) of Manville.
