He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Herasymchuck and Mary Herasymchuck; his wife Shirley Herasymchuck (Wilder); his son George Frey; and his siblings, Stephen Herasymchuck of Brooklyn, NY, Wasyl "Charlie" Herasymchuck of St. Petersburg Fl, Sophia Nichiporuk of St. Petersburg Fl and Anna Reborchick of Manville.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen, Michael Herasymchuck of Manville, NJ and Eric Herasymchuck (Caroline) of Richmond Va; his granddaughters, Gwendolyn and Isabella; and his siblings, Alexander Herasymchuck and Olga Moeller of Alexandria Virgina.
