With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason R. Zujkowski (Manville, New Jersey), born in Somerville, New Jersey, who passed away on November 9, 2018 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent John E. Zujkowski; and his grandmother Margaret Zujkowski. He is survived by: his mother Janice Zujkowski; his grandparents, Carl Zujkowski, Celeste Stutzman and Robert Stutzman; and his brother Sean Zujkowski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
