He was predeceased by: his father Adolph "Ish"; and his sister Dawn. He is survived by: his mother Rose Mary Silva; and his siblings, Amy Alford, Claire Phillips, Jim, Andy, David and Bob. He is also survived by uncle and will be missed by his nieces and nephews.
