He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Sweet (Cordero) and Daniel Gilson Sweet; and his brother Robert Christopher Sweet. He is survived by: his children, George, Leonard, Jeremy, Tammy Murphy (Tim), Theresa Runiak (Frank), Natalie and Valerie; and his siblings, Sonny Daniel Gilson, Margaret Curtis (Victor) and Juanita Pendergast (Donald).
