She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Ivanich and Emilja Ivanich; and her husband Olaf Faaland. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Faaland-Kronmaier (Raymond Kronmaier), Doris Tscheremischin (Alex Tscheremischin) and Diane E. Caffyn (William G. Caffyn); her grandchildren, Joseph Kronmaier, Jenna Urbanek (Jeremy Urbanek) and William J. Caffyn; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Livy and Lexi Urbanek.
