She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yuhas and Mary Yuhas; her husband Charles V. Schurick; and her siblings, Dorothy, Barbara, Mary, Julia, Joseph, Julius and Edith.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Schurick (Susan) of Hillsborough and Marion Sampson (Michael) of Bridgewater; her granddaughters, Heather (Matthew), Samantha (Ryan), Megan (Peter) and Melanie (Daniel); her great grandchild Matthew; and her friend Marge.
