He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. and Stefania Raczkowski, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Annice Stromenger (Dennis) of Old Bridge and Sharon Pfoutz (David) of Manville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason Pfoutz of Manville, Jonathan Pfoutz (Tasha) of Blackwood, Stefanie Pfoutz of Manville, Kristin Bilinski (Paul) of Old Bridge, Dustin Stromenger (Rachel Esparza) of Hollywood, CA, Stephen Stromenger (Shannon) of Lawrenceville and Douglas Stromenger of Jamesburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Once Covid-19 regulations are lifted the family plans to conduct a graveside service along with Military Honors for Chester A.
