He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan M.; his son James J. Nishina (Bailey Jacobs); his grandchildren, Kaya Jane Nishina and Lily Grace Nishina; and his siblings, Mihoko Mio, Teruyo Kabayashi, Masaho Nishina and Kuniko Nishina.
