He is survived by: his son Kenneth Hartley (Dorothy Forba-Hartley) of Hermosa Beach, California; his siblings, William Hartley (Linda), Ramon (Jen), Ermand Centofanti, Donna Entrichel (Joe) and Lee Ann Hartley; and his former wife Darlene Wydenowski-Ayers (Clyde). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
