He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" (Lieggi); his son David Jr. (Heather); his siblings, Joan Haggerty, Trish Whyte, Linda Morrison, John Hemphill and Thomas Hemphill; his grandsons, David III, Gage, Chase and Colton; and his pet Harley.
