He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Janet" DiSanto (Ducat); his grandchild Max Di Pettusanto (Vanessa); and his siblings, Joseph, Lucy and Mary.

He is survived by: his children, Victoria Caucci (Joseph), Alexander DiSanto, Jr., Joseph DiSanto (Teresa) and John DiSanto (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joel Caucci (Jessica), Lauren Roberts (Dave), Todd Caucci (Edward Green), Michael DiSanto (Stephanie) and Jason Caucci; and his great grandchildren, Joel, Jr., Sofia, Ella, Andrew, Apollonia and Indira.
