He is survived by: his wife June; and his children, Paul Douglas, Daniel Lomakin, Leslie Malkmus, Gwen Elmer, Lori Miller, Beth Kuhns and Wendy Pratt. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
