Phillip touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet A. Raines and Oren Guy Rhodes; and his sister Lisa Brown Winters. He is survived by: his wife Darlene DiLaura Rhodes; his children, Emily Ann Rhodes and Nicholas Phillip Rhodes; the mother of his children Deborah Rhodes; his stepchildren, Megan Guilfoyle and Paul Guilfoyle Jr.; his siblings, Sharon Weinick, Michael (Kevin Rhodes), Eric and Chuck (Jason Brown); his stepbrother Mark Coger; and his nephew Adil Chriqi.
