He was predeceased by: his father Norman B Pender. He is survived by: his wife Juliet DeRosa Pender; his mother Judith Pender; his children, Martha A Pender, Phillip H Pender Jr., Joseph N Pender and Christina R Pender; and his parents-in-law, Martha Signorile and Paul DeRosa.
