We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 55, Phillip Howard Pender of Manchester, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Norman B Pender. He is survived by: his wife Juliet DeRosa Pender; his mother Judith Pender; his children, Martha A Pender, Phillip H Pender Jr., Joseph N Pender and Christina R Pender; and his parents-in-law, Martha Signorile and Paul DeRosa.
