He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances and Tony; his wife Gloria Biase Giacchi; his former wife Marie Giacchi; and his son-in-law Larry Kopsick.
He is survived by: his wife Aurelia M Giacchi; his children, Linda F Kopsick and Anthony J Giacchi (Vironika); his siblings, Salvatore A Giacchi (Barbara) and Rosanne F Perrella; his grandchildren, Gloria (Jeff) and Larry (Jaclyn); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Nolan and Julia.
