He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Burtnick and Edith Burtnick; and his brother Michael R. Burtnick (Virginia). He is survived by: his wife Annmarie C.'Dee'Burtnick; his children, Annmarie P. Allen (John), John M. Burtnick, Jr. (Carol Jean), Joseph A. Burtnick (Kelly) and Carolyn Burtnick (Katie); and his grandchildren, Emily, Aidan, Ryan, Ivy and Bryn.
