Penrose (Manchester Township, New Jersey), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 84, on February 22, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Penrose Sr. and Marie Penrose (Maguire); his former wife Marie Penrose (Maguire); and his brother-in-law Henry Ryan (Chip). He is survived by: his wife Doris Penrose (Franklin); his son Michael Penrose; his granddaughter Alexis Penrose (Tu Nhi); and his sisters, Mary Miller (Glen) and Theresa Ryan (Penrose).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's name to Scouts BSA (Formally known as the Boy Scouts of America) to preserve the Scout Oath and Law for youth to be trained in responsible citizenship, character development and self-reliance. Donations also can be made to the Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey.
