He was predeceased by: his wife Erika Dietrich. He is survived by: his children, Donald Bolt, Frank Bolt (Beth), Kathy Falone (Clem) and Lisa Berghahn (Walt); his grandchildren, Bryan, Rachel, Jesse, Laura, Wes, Erich and Kevin; and also, Emma, Rylee, Cameron, Madelyn and Sawyer.
