She was predeceased by: her husband Carmen Richard Spitale. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Marie Spitale, Florence Gail Spitale (Daniel Woodard) and Carmen Richard Spitale, Jr. (Sharon Spitale); her grandchildren, Daniel, Christopher, Kristen, Eric, Alex (Virginia), Andrew and Emily; her great grandchild Daniel; and her siblings, Catherine "Kitty" Davis and Bert Lunderg (Martha). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
