She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Smith and Helen Smith; and her nephew Matthew Trengrove. She is survived by: her husband Richard Fastnacht of Manasquan, NJ; her daughter Katie; her son-in-law Bill Cook; her grandchildren, Bodhi and Lola Cook; her sister Donna Trengrove (John) of Manasquan; her niece Maureen Trengrove; and her nephew Andrew Trengrove (Kaitlyn).
