He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Rogers and Charles W. Rogers Jr. (Bud); and his nephew Colin Frye. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Fischler, Jessica Cook and Zachary Rogers; his sisters, Tina Rogers and Heidi Frye; his niece Rebecca Frye; his great-niece Kaylee Stafford; and his close friend Susan Araneo. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, two Aunts and an Uncle, many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Scotts' name to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.
