He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon and Sadie; his sister Susan; his wife Mary Plasse; his children, Theodore Plasse (Julie) of Bethesda, MD, Karen (Chris Surgent), Douglas Plasse (Jeffrey Plasse) of Encinitas, CA and Tara Kelly of Manasquan; and his grandchildren, Charles, Emily, William, Chloe and Hazel.
