He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Maher and Elsie Maher; his wife Lois Maher; his son Keith Maher; his sister Sheila Swain; his brother-in-law Terrence Swain; his mother-in-law Gladys Kazenski; his sister-in-law Valerie Porada; and his close friend Dave Maher.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Maher, Brian Maher and Robert Maher (Shannon); his grandchildren, Kyle, Brett, Katie, Jeff, Jaiden, Zack and Lois; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Woodfield (Ed), Karen Wegrzyniak (Mike), Leslie Carmody (Dan), Anastasia Nichols (Marty), Stephen Porada (Faith) and Kevin Swain (Karen).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Orender Family Home For Funerals (2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
