With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita B. Honauer of Manasquan, New Jersey, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Honauer of Manasquan; her son Siegfried A. "Fritz" Honauer of Brick; and her brothers, Siegfried of Germany, Hubert of Germany and Heinz Schmidt of Germany.

She is survived by: her sister Anni Rösch of Germany; her daughters-in-law, Ruth Honauer and Jeanne Honauer of Jackson; her grandchildren, Nikki Honauer (Nate Byrnes) of Providence, RI., Michelle Honauer (Alberto Santos), Joseph, Michelle V. Honauer of Brick, Ian and Jaime Honauer of Springfield; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Regan, Daemion, Deavin, Sebastien and Amelia.
