He is survived by: his wife JoEllen Ashby; his children, Matthew Pawlak (Dana), Brian Pawlak and Anastasia Pawlak Wendel (Christopher); his grandson Alexander Wendel; his stepchildren, Michael Orfe, K. C. Orfe, Sarah Orfe, Jennifer Christiana, Mason Orfe and Hudson Orfe; his sister Joan Pawlak Saier; and his nieces and nephews, Lara and Dana.
