He is survived by: his friend Ada Mae Sandifer; his wife Ada; his daughters, Donna Lynn Mead (Eric), Gayle Marie Bokop (Mark) and Nancy Jean Puzo (John); his grandchildren, Josh, Kelsey, Matt, Connor, Carly, Glenn and Kelly; his sisters, Phyllis Ker (John) and Maryann Bast (Jim); and his sister-in-law Pearl Chapman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
