He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Amy and Lauren; his son-in-law John Perrotto; his daughter Tricia; his son-in-law Tommy White; his grandsons, Perrotto White and Landon White; his siblings, Debbie Campbell, Maureen Maimone and Michael Campbell; his sister-in-law Jill; his brothers, Tim Campbell and Jeff Campbell; his sister-in-law Melissa; and also Ken Foster.
