She is survived by: her sister Carol McDonald; her children, Michael Kolb, John Kolb, Bill Kolb, James Kolb, Missy Sabino, Carole Fornicola, Matthew Kolb and Jason Johnson; and her spouse Pat. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
