He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Kazenmayer and Eleanor Kazenmayer (Kenah); and his sister Barbara Medina (Kazenmayer). He is survived by: his significant other Margaret "Marge" Kazenmayer (Develly); his children, Mary Ellen Johnson (Jim), Jim Kazenmayer (Lorraine) and Peggy Parker (Roy); his grandchildren, Jeff, Kim, Megan, Lauren, James, Emily and Leah; his brother Charles Kazenmayer (Helen); and his siblings-in-law, Anne Breslauer, Michael Develly and Jerry Medina. He is also survived by his 10 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
