With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Mulligan (Manasquan, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mulligan and Edith Mulligan; and her brother James A. Mulligan. She is survived by: her husband Rick Hager; her siblings, Kevin Mulligan, Paul Mulligan (Nicola), Tommy Mulligan, Debbie Mulligan (Mark), Donna Mulligan and Sherry Mulligan; and her close friend Clem Skarzynski (Joe).
