She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Burney; her parents, Arthur Monahan and Elizabeth Monahan; her son Mark Burney; and her siblings, Bernard, Arthur Monahan, Marie Ross, Catherine Kelsey and Anne White.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannine Helmer of Brick and Sean; her daughters-in-law, JoAnn Burney of Wall and Sharon Burney of Wall; her grandchildren, Christopher Helmer (Erika), Melissa Monahan, Sean Patrick Burney, Rico Burney, Emily Burney, Jack Burney, Matthew Burney and Patrick Burney; and her great grandchild Alek Monahan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
