She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Scalera and Frank Scalera; and her brother Frank Scalera. She is survived by: her husband Donald Jakubek; her children, James Komsa (Trish), Christopher Komsa (Melissa) and Jennifer Jakubek Santomenna (Marco); her sister Barbara Scalera; and her grandchildren, James, Emily, Rowan, Nolan, Roman and Maya.
